Hyatt House New Orleans Downtown Hotel

Clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, tasty breakfasts and courteous staff. I liked airy room and views were magnificent. The service was amazing during all my such great stay. The pool was excellent.

Upgraded hotel with perfect location close to everything in the Downtown New Orleans district. The view from the airy room was great. Staff were outstanding. Service was great as we had expected. Everything perfect.

Everything was simply great! We had a decent stay, the hotel was contemporary, fairly clean, with awesome location very close to downtown. Late check-out was useful. Could use their convenient parking. They offered us great meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The staff was extremely polite and recommended an excellent restaurant. The beds were perfect, room was cool enough and luxurious. Fast check-in, late check-out. Marvelous location to a military history museum.

I loved the place thanks to staff and food. Interesting building, tidy and good bedroom. The pool was brilliant and the garden - nice. That was cozy hotel set in vibrant area. The attached restaurant was average with plenty of meals in the menu.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

An absolutely fabulous hotel in a comfortable setting with plenty of little extras. The staff was diligent, was willing to help. Common room, awesome view. We liked very tasty breakfast, offered by the venue. The hotel was conveniently located for traveling through New Orleans.

Informative staff, good area and fantastic view from the room. I loved the room, the bed was comfy. Central location of this conference hotel was a bonus.

Everything was great, the wifi was good. Fairly clean room and tiled bathroom. We ate in the reasonably priced restaurant which was reasonably priced. The service was exemplary, liked it.

Their staff were pushy.

Hotel is basic, I loved great location and staff. There is a plenty of facilities in the room such as : coffee, air conditioning and WiFi.

The stay was absolutely superb. Brilliant location, the room was well presented and beds were lovely. Lots of supplies in the room: fast wifi, coffee and hairdryer.

we greatly enjoyed the views and staff. give kudos to valet. a microwave and a fridge were provided. right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

We had 5 nights in New Orleans, spend our time here comfortably. Room was quiet and it had a walk-in shower and towels, that's cool. The quality, great value...

Friendly people working here, complimentary breakfast. Their bartender is the best! Only 20 min walk to downtown.

Pretty much what I expected: peaceful hotel, reasonably priced. So very helpful personnel, accommodating rooms, marble-lined bathroom, fab location. Great beds, coffee, microwave and super fast internet were a nice touch.

We booked it for our weekend and had a MEMORABLE stay here. King studio was the best. Hotel's valet is one of the top employees!

You can also visit Borgne that offers excellent meals. Great location and reasonable prices. Room met all required needs.

Not one thing.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Vitascope Hall that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Close proximity to french quarter. The rooms met needs well. You should definitely explore Central City district, it's worth it: D

location met needs. unique base for discovering new orleans. within walking distance of catty car corner, where you can have lunch. i liked the view from the room.

We loved to be here for a weekend and would definitely go again. An incredible base for exploring New Orleans
